Most leadership challenges aren't solved by more information. They're solved by thinking more clearly. About what's actually happening, what you're trying to build, and what's getting in the way. That's what coaching is for.
Coaching with me draws on deep experience in law, governance, organizational design, and conflict. But it isn't any of those things. It's a structured, purposeful relationship built around your thinking, your decisions, and your development as a leader.
What coaching is not: This is not legal representation, and conversations are not protected by attorney-client privilege. It is not implementation. I won't be managing your board transition, drafting your governance documents, or negotiating your agreements. If legal services become relevant, those are engaged separately through Evans Law PLC under a distinct written agreement. Keeping that distinction clear protects both of us.
How we work together
First Conversation
$1200
A single 90-minute working session on something real you’re navigating. Not a sample of ongoing work, but a substantive conversation about what is actually in front of you. We listen together, name what’s happening, and get clearer on what may help next.
Focused Engagement
$4,500 to $10,500
Some situations need more than one conversation but not an open-ended commitment. A Focused Engagement centers on a specific transition, decision, or question that deserves careful attention. We define the scope, work with a clear rhythm, and close by naming what changed and what remains.
Sustained Partnership
Custom
For leaders navigating something complex, layered, and still unfolding. A Sustained Partnership usually runs six to twelve months, with regular check-in points to reassess what the work is becoming and what the next phase requires. It is not simply longer-term support, but a different kind of relationship built for the long arc.
