You’ll then engage in regular coaching sessions, typically ranging from 45 to 90 minutes, focused on immediate priorities, developing specific skills, addressing challenges, and tracking progress towards your goals.

Coaching sessions can cover a range of topics, including but not limited to leadership development, communication strategies, conflict resolution, team engagement, strategic planning, and personal wellbeing. Sessions are tailored to your individual needs and organizational context.

While the duration of coaching engagements can vary, we typically recommend a minimum of six months to ensure meaningful development and lasting change. However, we offer flexible arrangements to meet the unique needs and schedules of our clients. Our standard engagement is month to month though and we do not require a long term commitment.
